Article 1 - Definitions

Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of cancellation.

Distance contract: A contract concluded via a system organized for the remote sale of digital products or services using distance communication techniques.

Remote communication technique: Any means to conclude a contract without the consumer and Savor & Scroll being physically present together.

Article 2 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and distance contract concluded between Savor & Scroll and the consumer.
Before a contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not possible, it will be provided upon request without charge.
For electronic contracts, these terms and conditions can be made available electronically in a way that allows storage for future reference.
If specific conditions for digital products or services apply, they are supplementary to these terms. In the event of conflicting terms, the most favorable to the consumer applies.

Article 5 - The Contract

If Savor & Scroll finds reasons to refuse an order, they reserve the right to do so or to apply special conditions, providing justification to the consumer.
Article 6 - Right of Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of the products, purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If a consumer has not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product, they may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the contact form on the website.
Article 7 - Price

Prices will remain unchanged during the validity period stated in the offer, except for changes in applicable taxes.

Any errors in pricing or typographical mistakes will not bind Savor & Scroll.

The consumer is responsible for additional costs such as VAT or applicable transaction fees.
Article 8 - Delivery and Access

If a consumer experiences issues accessing their purchase, they should contact customer support for assistance.
Article 9 - Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if there are technical issues preventing access to the product.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 14 days, with an indication of resolution time if more than 14 days are required.

If a complaint is justified, Savor & Scroll will resolve the issue by providing a replacement product or technical support.
